Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is 24 hrs. If 24hr have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Studio room rental – 24hr notice to receive a full refund.
Photography session – 24hr notice to have the session rescheduled once to a new time slot. We can reschedule an appointment only once. After, the deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
For NO SHOW deposit will be retained and you will have to make another deposit payment if you want to schedule another session.
Being late for more than 20min for your appointment will be considered and treated as a NO SHOW.
Photography services are non-refundable services.

Refunds
Once your have requested a return we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within max of 2 days.
